    • Provide your order number, the reason for return, and a description of the item.
    • After approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

    4. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part.

    5. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
    • You may be required to send us photos of the defective or damaged items.
